Reviews submitted through Credibly must be:

We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these guidelines. Our AI-powered moderation system analyzes all reviews for authenticity and compliance.
5. Business Accounts
Businesses using the Service agree to:
- Verify their ownership or authority to manage the business profile
- Respond to reviews in a professional manner
- Not manipulate reviews or ratings through fake reviews or incentivized positive reviews
- Comply with all applicable laws regarding customer feedback and advertising
6. Review Ownership and Data
Your reviews belong to you. Unlike some other platforms, we believe in fair access:
- Businesses retain ownership of their review data
- You can export your reviews at any time
- We will never hold your reviews hostage for payment
- Downgrading your plan does not remove access to your existing reviews
7. Pricing and Payments
Our pricing is transparent and straightforward:
- All features and limitations are clearly stated on our pricing page
- No hidden fees or surprise charges
- You can cancel your subscription at any time
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-submitted reviews), is owned by Credibly and protected by intellectual property laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Credibly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
